2026 Meatball Madness

The Breathe Foundation’s 3rd Annual Italian Meatball & Martinis Tasting & Competition

Vendor Information

Setup time is from 11AM – 12:30PM

The event will provide you with the following:

Media exposure (pre-event and day of) with radio, newspapers, social media, etc.
One (l) 6-foot banquet table
2 complimentary tickets to the event
Plate, utensils, napkins

You will need to bring the following:

Your Best Italian Meatball {with or without sauce) In bite-sized portions for approximately 250 servings.
Set up, you must supply your own labor and equipment (e.g., chafing dishes, warmers, serving utensils, etc.)
Tablecloths for your table display.
Display a sign with your restaurant name.
You must supply your own extension cords.

We suggest you do the following to promote your restaurant:

Decorate your table area with your logo, table linens, flowers, etc.
Sample menus and business cards

ALL VENDORS: Please send a Gift Certificate for Dinner for two or the equivalent of a door prize.
