All participants must have Cystic Fibrosis and a resident of NJ.
500 words or less, double spaced.
Three students will be chosen.

- Only students pursuing an advanced degree (post high school) will be eligible.
- All participants must have Cystic Fibrosis and be associated with an accredited CF care center in NJ.
- Notification of winners will be by August 15, 2017 by email and or by phone.
- This is a non-renewable award. It can be used towards any part of the education process.
- Cover page must include: CF Care center, social worker’s name, name of school and field of study, contestant’s name, address, phone number and email address.
